What Deal Information Needs to be Maintained in HubSpot?

The Deal Owner is responsible for keeping key deal information updated including fee amounts and dates.

  1. Navigate to the Deal
  2. Review information on the left sidebar of the Deal page under the heading “About this deal" and update as needed. 

What information is needed for a Closed Won or Closed Lost Deal?

The most important details to keep updated are the fee amounts and the dates, all of which will be sync’d with the Vantagepoint Project fees and dates.
Once a Deal Stage changes to “Closed Won,” HubSpot will no longer sync additional changes to VantagePoint.
